OUR COACH
Steffanie Brooks-Aguilar, M.S. has her masters degree in clinical psychology and has worked as a Marriage & Family therapist intern for 5 years specializing in reducing conflict in co-parenting families and inner child healing for individuals and recovery issues. She is also a trained mediator with OC Human Relations.
Now she is utilizing her knowledge and skills into the Life Coaching field. She has her own recovery from childhood abuse and divorce and is passionate about helping others learn to process grief and past wounds in order to have the best life ever.

Steffanie believes in the ultimate higher power, God, as the solution to every relationship and yet she respects all individual beliefs and religions. She also believes that God uses others to be his hands and feet such as counselors, coaches, and even wedding officiates.
